The Human Resources Department supports quality education through recruitment and selection of highly qualified educators and support staff to fill vacant teaching, support, and administrative positions. The department conducts orientations for new employees, assists staff with license requirements, and maintains Individual Professional Development Plans.

All individuals seeking employment with Pickerington Schools must be fingerprinted and submit to both BCI and FBI background checks before working in the District. The cost is $52, payable by credit or debit card, check, or cash.
We do not accept American express. If paying in cash, please have the exact amount as we do not have the ability to make change.
