The Business Office is the operations center of Pickerington Schools. Chief Operating Officer Rob Weinheimer and his staff are responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the district. This office oversees a variety of critical functions including transportation, maintenance, custodial services, and safety and security. The Business Office plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff. It is responsible for ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, that transportation runs smoothly, and that security measures are in place to protect the district's assets and personnel. Additionally, the operations office is responsible for managing the district's resources in a cost-effective and efficient manner. This includes implementing environmentally sustainable practices and seeking out opportunities to save costs on facilities and equipment.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION & DISPOSAL SERVICES

The Pickerington Local School District Board of Education is inviting proposals to provide solid waste collection and disposal services for Pickerington Local School District  as outlined in this Request for Proposals for Solid Waste Collection & Disposal Services (RFP). 

The RFP may be viewed during normal District hours at the Business Office, Pickerington Schools, 90 N East Street, Pickerington, Ohio. Additional copies of the RFP may be obtained electronically upon request by contacting Barbara Weaver at 614-833-3074 or barbara_weaver@plsd.us.

Proposals will be received by Pickerington Schools at the Business Office located at 90 N East Street, Pickerington, Ohio 43147, until 3 p.m. local time on May 31, 2023.
