Kindergarten Screening/Assessment

This year, we will be holding a kindergarten screening/assessment at Violet Baptist Church on the following dates and times:

Please make sure you are registered for Kindergarten with PLSD's Welcome center before scheduling an assessment.

July 31, 2023 11am - 7pm

August 1, 2023 11am - 7pm

August 3, 2023 11am - 7pm

August 4, 2023 8am - 4pm

Violet Baptist Church is located at 8345 Blacklick- Eastern Rd. NW, Pickerington, OH

Click sign up by your preferred time slot then go to the bottom of the page and click “Submit and Sign Up.”  Fill in your child’s name, your name, email address, phone number and elementary building of attendance.  Finally, click on “Sign Up Now.”  You will receive a confirmation email.  If you need to change your screening time, please contact the district office at (614) 833-2110 and ask for the teaching and learning department.
