Stadium Gates open for fans at 5:30 p.m.

Marching Band Procession begins at approximately 6:30p.m.

Parking & Traffic

Fans should plan ahead and expect traffic delays in the area of Hill Road and Opportunity Way as well as Lockville Road and Opportunity Way.

Police Officers will be present to assist with traffic flow and pedestrian traffic at various points along Opportunity Way.

ADA parking is available on a first come first serve basis in the lot adjacent to the stadium.

The lot between the stadium and the softball complex is for pre-paid reserved parking.

The lot closest to the tennis courts is for event workers.

The Hill Road lot or main parking lot will be available for general admission parking.

Please be observant of the designated no parking areas along Opportunity Way. These areas will be marked with signs and a painted yellow curb.

Special event parking in the Pickerington Public Library parking lot is prohibited and violators may be towed.
Gates & Ticketing

Make sure you get your tickets ahead of time so your gameday experience is as smooth as possible. Tickets can be purchased by visiting https://www.pickerington.k12.oh.us/Page/126. You can also use cash at the gates.

K-8 students must be accompanied by an adult and seated with the adult throughout the event. Unaccompanied K-9 students will not be permitted inside of the stadium.

There is no re-entry to the stadium.
Safety

Backpacks and large bags are not permitted in the stadium. Small bags are subject to search upon entering the stadium and at any time while inside the stadium.

Guests are strongly encouraged to use the sidewalk along Opportunity Way to access the stadium.

Remember to remove all valuables and secure your vehicles before making your way into the stadium.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited on board owned property.

Guests appearing intoxicated, inebriated or showing other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption or drug use may be denied entry and may be subject to ejection. Intervention with an intoxicated or impaired guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.

Guests must adhere to all building rules and board policies while on property owned and operated by the Pickerington Local School District. Guests who do not follow facility rules and board policies may be subject to seat relocation, loss of ticket buying privileges, ejection from the facility without a refund, letter of suspension/trespassing, and/or arrest.

Please notify game workers, administrator, security staff, or police officers if you observe any suspicious or concerning behavior.

The stadium will be closed to fans and the general public 15 minutes following the conclusion of the game.
