Pickerington Schools is gearing up for the last day of the academic year on May 24, 2023. Schools will be releasing students early that day. Here is the breakdown:

  • Junior high at 12:10 p.m.
  • High school at 12:55 p.m.
  • Middle school at 1:30 p.m.
  • Elementary school at 2:05 p.m.
  • Kindergarten morning session at 11 a.m.

The Kindergarten afternoon session will start at 11:50 a.m. and end at 2:05 p.m.

The final day of school holds special significance as students and teachers reflect on their achievements and bid farewell to friends and mentors. With a smooth transition into summer break in mind, our schools have allocated specific release times to ensure an orderly conclusion to the school year.

At 12:10 p.m., junior high students will be dismissed, followed by high school students at 12:55 p.m. Middle school students will have their moment at 1:30 p.m., while elementary school students will be released at 2:05 p.m. For the energetic kindergarteners, the morning session will end at 11 a.m., with the afternoon session beginning at 11:50 a.m. and ending at 2:05 p.m.
