Information for Preschool at Tussing Elementary
On Friday, Aug. 18th, we invite preschool students to come and visit their new classrooms! This is a great time for students to meet their teacher an see their classroom for the 2017-2018 school year.
The classrooms will be open for one hour windows for you and your child to stop by. Please follow the times below:
- AM Class: 10-11 AM
- PM Class: 1-2 PM
This is a great time to bring in your child’s supplies, change of clothes, and paperwork before their first day of school.

Time: 6 p.m.
Date: Wednesday, August 16, 2017
Where: Tussing Elementary
What: This information night will include:
- A welcome presentation by the preschool supervisor
- Information presented by the school nurse
- Break-apart meetings in your child’s classroom to meet the teacher and receive classroom information
Please bring all of your child’s completed school and medical forms, as well as all supplies, diapers, etc.
Please note: This is a parent presentation only. Childcare will not be provided. Your child will have the chance to see the classroom and meet their teacher at the Friday, Aug. 18th for the Open House described above.
All students must bring diapers and baby wipes, if needed
Boys should bring:
- One box of Crayola Classic 10-pack of markers
- One package of character stickers (such as Cars, Ninja Turtles, My Little Pony, Disney characters)
- Three glue sticks
- Hand sanitizer
Girls should bring:
- One box of Crayola crayons
- One package of character stickers (such as Cars, Ninja Turtles, My Little Pony, Disney characters)
- Three glue sticks
- Dry erase markers
