Communication from Pickerington Schools

Pickerington Schools uses a variety of tools and tactics to communicate with parents and the community.

Where to Get The Latest News from the District

Infinite Campus

Pickerington Schools uses Infinite Campus to contact large groups of households for special announcements and emergencies such as calamity days. The system sends emails, phone calls, and text messages to our addresses and phone numbers on record.

As a result, all parents with students in Grades K-12 should confirm their contact information on Infinite Campus, including their preferred email addresses and phone numbers, before the start of the 2016 school year.

Complete information about Infinite Campus, including details on how to activate your account and update your information, is available on our website.

Update Your Address

All requests for changes of address on school records must be submitted to the Welcome Center for processing. Residential address changes cannot be processed by a child’s school office staff or by Petermann Transportation.

Any changes to a student’s home address must be requested on the district’s change of address / student information form. This form includes a standard authorization, to be signed by the parent, allowing for the release of residential and utility information to Pickerington Schools upon request, if necessary.
