Spring Ticket Plan

Spring Ticket Plan image

In anticipation of our extracurricular activities for the remainder of the year and the limitation on the number of tickets we can sell at both indoor and outdoor facilities, we are continuing our ticket plan that was established in the Fall. The plan for the 2020-21 school year is as follows:

  • There will be no passes for our home activities – athletics, concerts, plays, etc.
    • Staff ID’s
    • Booster Club
    • Senior Citizens
    • Hall of Fame
    • Advertisers
    • Board
    • No reserve seating
  • Tickets will be limited to 25% for indoor events and 30% for outdoor events of the seating capacity for each venue
  • All tickets will need to be purchased online
    • Parents and household members of students participating in the events, will have priority when buying their tickets (there will be a limit)
    • Tickets will be available until day of the event
    • When purchasing your tickets, they will be assigned a section in the bleachers
  • Spectators will be required to agree to the following conditions when purchasing their tickets:
    • Spectators must wear masks at all times
    • Spectators will be expected to sit in their selected section and remain in their assigned seat with family members, (no standing along fence lines at stadiums) ○ Spectators will not be permitted to stand
    • Spectators must maintain 6’ physical distance from individuals and other family groups
    • Spectators must conduct daily symptoms assessments
    • No student sections
    • Anyone experiencing symptoms must stay home (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headaches, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea or close contact with someone who has COVID19).
  • No congregating before (tailgating) or after events
  • Spectators must follow the designated pathway when entering and exiting the stadium/gym

This has been a very fluid and ever-changing situation. As guidelines change, we will reevaluate the situation and make changes as needed.
