Food Services: Healthy Meals / Healthy Minds

The Pickerington Schools Food Service Department provides students and staff with breakfasts and lunches that are nutritious, appetizing, and appealing. Meals served at all levels meet the age-appropriate USDA nutritional requirements for a balanced meal, complying with Congress’s Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act that all districts must now follow. The department also offers a summer meal program for children up to age 18 each June.

Every day, staff in our award-winning Food Services Department are focused on efficient operations, quality, safety and helping our community. Click the button below to view an interactive infographic which breaks down the department's ongoing efforts in these four key areas in more detail.

FOOD SERVICES ANNOUNCEMENT 10/22/20

The Food Service Department is sending out negative balance letters to parents and guardians. Most of these balances are carryover balances from last year. We encourage you to pay off the balances as soon as possible. If your child wishes to purchase any extra items that are not included in the free meals they will need to have money on their account. A safe and easy way to add money to your account is by using mypaymentsplus.com.
