Attendance

Absentees, Student Sign-In/Sign-Out Procedures

We would like to thank everyone in advance for your cooperation in following our procedures for arrival and dismissal of students. With an enrollment of almost 500 students, being accountable for safety, as well as the academic program, takes much effort from the school, parents and students. Together we can make it work.

Morning Arrival

This year, in all of our elementary buildings, the buses will be unloading at 9:05 a.m. While we encourage parents to send children to school on the bus, if you are dropping off your child in the morning, you may begin drop off around back at 9:05pm. We believe this provides plenty of time for our children to get to their classrooms by the tardy bell at 9:15pm. If you’re student arrives after the 9:15am tardy bell, an adult must sign them in tardy in the office. Please do not drop a student off at the front door.

Afternoon Dismissal

Each day as school ends, we dismiss the same almost 500 students. We have buses, cars and daycare vans picking up children. Please follow the drop off guidelines below.
