Kelli Koch

I am an instructional coach at Fairfield Elementary. My teaching career began in the Columbus Public School district where I taught 4th grade for three years. In 2004, I began my career with Pickerington Local Schools. I have held several roles in the district. I began as a part-time gifted intervention specialist/part time math intervention teacher. Over the years my role evolved and changed as the gifted program changed. In 2011, I went back to the general education classroom and taught 4th grade math and science. In 2013 I began my current position as instructional coach. I have enjoyed all aspects of my teaching career and have learned so much from the teachers, students and parents that I have been fortunate to work with. I look forward to many years to come, working and learning with my fellow colleagues and the Pickerington community.
