Leslie Braidech

Strings/Orchestra students from Diley, Ridgeview & Central are provided the support to learn everything from basic musical concepts through advanced technique & musicianship throughout their time with our exceptional & expanding Orchestra program. Multiple opportunities to learn alongside expert professional musicians & to perform throughout the community are provided as enriching experiences for students each year. We welcome all staff & the surrounding community as our guests whenever we perform, whether during our regularly scheduled school events or at area off-campus venues. Education

Leslie Braidech holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance from The Ohio State University and a Master of Music degree (Violin Performance) from New England Conservatory of Music. Her professional teaching credentials were obtained through Cleveland State University while pursuing a second Master of Music degree in Viola Performance.

Additional Information

As a professional performing violinist & violist, Ms. Braidech has shared the performance stage & orchestra pit with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Cleveland Orchestra, Cleveland Pops Orchestra, Opera Cleveland & Cleveland Ballet Orchestras, Pro Music Chamber Orchestra, Cleveland Chamber Symphony (2007 Grammy Award winner) and numerous popular-genre musicians including Mark Wood/Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Smokey Robinson, Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow, and Harry Connick, Jr., to name a few. She is a veteran of numerous Broadway musical productions and currently remains active as a performer with Cleveland Pops & Central Ohio Symphony. As a former faculty member of The Cleveland Institute of Music and Baldwin-Wallace University College/Conservatory, Ms. Braidech is a strong proponent of collaboration between performing musicians and student musicians and encourages such activity on a regular basis in the classroom and on stage with her students.
