Dr. RacQuelle Major-Holland

I am an Instructional Leader who strongly believes in making a difference in the lives of children. My leadership style is centered around the 4R's philosophy- RIGOR, RELEVANCE, and RELATIONSHIPS yields RESULTS. I believe that every student can EXCEED his or her potential if given the proper tools.
I have served as a school leader in Ohio for the past 8 years. This is my 3rd year serving as the Assistant Principal at Sycamore Creek Elementary School.

I live in Pickerington with my husband, Ron, three children Andrew, Disun, and Jo'Marie, and dogs Benelli & Max.

I enjoy spending time with my family, creating & tasting different cuisines, listening to music, gardening, and traveling.
