District Communications

The goal of the Pickerington Local School District's One Call Now e-communication and telephone service is to provide enhanced communication with parents, students, and community members. As a parent or guardian, you are automatically enrolled as a subscriber based on the contact information we have on file through Infinite Campus.

Previous subscriber preferences through our former ListServ service will be discontinued and will not transfer over automatically. The One Call Now system pulls phone numbers and emails from our Infinite Campus student information system. Please check your contact information through your Infinite Campus parent portal account or check with your building secretary to ensure we have your most up-to-date phone numbers and email addresses.

Should you desire to make changes to how you receive notifications, to opt out of notifications, or to add additional features such as text messaging, create a self-update user profile through One Call Now. With a few simple clicks, you can manage how you receive important information!

 

UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION:

To update your phone number(s) and email address(es) to ensure you are receiving important news, please update your information through your Parent Portal account under the Household Information tab. Can't remember your parent portal log in or password? Just fill out a Help Desk Ticket and we will be happy to assist you in retrieving that information.

SIGN UP or OPT OUT OF FUTURE NOTIFICATIONS:

To sign up as a new subscriber or to opt in/out of certain features of One Call Now, simply create a user profile and modify your notification settings. Do you prefer not to receive a call when school is canceled? Simply opt out of call features through the One Call Now Self-Update Portal. Prefer text messages? The District will soon be adding the use of text messaging in the future. Modify your settings now to ensure you receive texts once we roll out this additional feature!
